The folks at Gutter Magic were so great to work with! Communication was great and straight forward, they took initiative in getting us a quote and were respectful and understanding of the delay we had to endure in getting the job scheduled. Once we were scheduled, they stayed in touch and were quick to arrive and get the job done. The crew that came out was kind, courteous, and friendly, while also efficient and thorough. During installation they encountered an issue with the install (due to our roof) but remedied it well and communicated it to us right away. Overall we were very impressed with Gutter Magic and would (will!) recommend them to our friends.
Recently had gutter guards installed on existing gutters. Jeremy was very professional and knowledgeable . He did a great job of keeping us informed, also provided pictures of the condition of our gutters during and after the installation of the gutter guards which was very helpful since we couldn't see unless we climbed the ladder. He made sure we were satisfied before leaving and even registered the warranty with the manufacturer. He provided excellent customer service as well as a quality product.
